  • Flexible Blue II is an HSA-compatible PPO with three deductible levels to choose from.
  • In addition to your basic benefits, Flexible Blue II also covers prescriptions and contraceptives, and offers optional add-on Maternity* coverage.
  • This plan also has an integrated deductible, so the money you spend on health care, whether it be on prescriptions or medical, counts toward one total deductible amount instead of many.

Qualifications

Individuals (one-person plans) and families (two or more people) qualify for Flexible Blue II; however, all people covered by Flexible Blue II must be under 65 years old. (Please see Medicare plans if you’re over 65 or are eligible for Medicare.)
